Privacy
I sell advice about keeping your own things private. It would be strange to be vague about this. Here is everything this site collects, in plain English.

The short version
If you only read the site, I learn that a page was viewed and roughly where in the world from. Nothing identifies you and nothing is stored on your device. If you give me your email address, I keep it until you tell me to stop. If you book a session, the booking company holds what you typed into their form and the payment company handles the card. I never see your full card number, and I never see, hold, or ask for anything that could reach your crypto.
Who is responsible
Future of Money is a trading name of Zero Point Collective LLC, a Texas limited liability company at 13404 Galleria Circle, Bee Cave, TX 78738, United States. Michael MacDonald runs it and answers the mail. Reach either at michael@futureofmoney.ai. In the language of the European rules, the company is the data controller and the four companies below are processors acting on its instructions.
Visiting the site
Page views are counted by Vercel Analytics, which is the company that hosts this site. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why there is no consent banner here. It records the page, the referrer, the country, and the general type of device. To count a repeat visit without a cookie it derives a temporary, rotating identifier from your IP address and browser, and it does not keep your IP address. It cannot follow you to other websites and it is not an advertising network.
I do this because I need to know which pages are worth keeping and whether the book sends anyone here. Under the European rules the basis is legitimate interest. If you would rather not be counted, any tracker blocker stops it, and nothing on the site breaks when you do.
Giving me your email address
The email forms are run by Kit, formerly ConvertKit. When you use one, Kit stores your address and sends you a confirmation email. Nothing is added to the list until you click the link in it, and your address is never sold, rented, or shared.
The basis is your consent, and the confirmation click is how it is given. You can withdraw it at any moment using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email I send, or by writing to me. Withdrawing it removes your address; it does not affect anything sent before. Kit records whether emails are opened and which links are clicked, which is how I tell whether anything I write is useful.
Booking a session
Bookings are handled by Cal.com. What you type into their form goes to them, and I see it in order to hold the appointment. Sessions happen over video and I do not record them. Whatever you tell me during one stays between us.
Paying for a session
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site or any machine of mine. I see the last four digits, the amount, and whether it worked, which is what I need to know a session is paid for and what the tax rules require me to keep.
The basis is that the payment is necessary to perform our contract, and after that, that the law requires the records to be kept. Stripe also uses payment data to detect fraud, which is its own obligation as a payment processor rather than something done on my instructions.
What I never collect
No recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, PINs or wallet access of any kind, during a session or at any other time. There is no reason for me to have any of it, and no legitimate person will ever ask you for it. The readiness test scores entirely inside your own browser: your answers are never sent anywhere, and clearing them removes them for good.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Kit, Vercel, Cal.com and Stripe are United States companies, so your information is processed there. Each publishes the safeguards it uses for transfers out of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Analytics are aggregate and are not tied to you. Booking and payment records are kept for seven years, because that is how long the tax rules require.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask for a copy. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, those are rights under the GDPR and you may also complain to your national data protection authority. Write to michael@futureofmoney.ai and I will deal with it within a month. There is no form and no process. Asking is enough.
Children
This site is meant for adults and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen.
The terms of the work itself
What you are buying, what I will and will not do, and how cancellation works are on the terms page.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it and I will say so in an email rather than quietly amending it.
